Description :

We are Ireland based organization. We are looking for a reputed firm for our requirement of Redesigning of our website. Estimated budget for this work is not more than 25000Euro. We require the site to go live within three months of the contract being awarded. We promote environmental awareness and sustainable living through various information programmes designed to encourage individuals, communities and the economic sectors to play their full part in maintaining and promoting a high quality environment. Our activities include the creation and distribution of leaflets, posters, booklets, videos, CDs, organizing in-house and touring exhibitions, providing and developing an extensive reference library and access to computerised databases and to the internet for the general public, Local Authorities and NGOs.

The website is intended to be an authoritative and up to date source of environmental information for the general public and other key audiences. Information is also given on sustainable living.

Scope of work:

1. Provide documentation on the new site, including technical and users manuals.
2. The html portion of the site (i.e. excluding attached documents etc.) will be fully bilingual (Irish/English) and dynamic switching at page level will be facilitated.
3. The new site should also perform well with regard to search engine optimization and this should be accommodated from the site build stage (HTML tagging).
4. We require a bespoke content management system to be developed by the successful provider to enable content to be submitted, maintained and updated.
5. Build the site database in accordance with the design document. Documents are to be stored in a single location, accessible from multiple points in the site, if required.
6. Build the content index and implement the search facility.
7. Build the web pages in accordance with the approved design document and implement the approved navigation scheme.
8. Populate the ‘go live’ version of the site with any content not accessible via the content management tool.
9. The successful provider will provide a detailed introduction to the system and deliver specialist training to our staff in the use of the content management tool.
   

A one-year maintenance and support contract for the system will be entered into with the successful provider. This will include attendance at meetings of a Website Review Group and implementation of any agreed changes to the site structure or features.
