Scope of Service:

(B) Create a Graphic Design for the new Intranet.
(C) Create Web Templates and Style Sheets.
(D) Consolidate and migrate content from legacy sites.
(E) Build the Intranet.
(F) Create a Site Map for the Intranet.
(G) Document the server build requirements and process in plain English.
(H) Collaborate with our team to ensure that the new system will align with existing systems and processes where appropriate.

We are looking for best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before February 8, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
