We are India based company looking for service provider to develop a online application. We need a Data Achieve online application the keyword we would like to capture is Image No., Country, Place/ City, Photographer Name, Photo Taken Date, Camera, Film, Filter, Focal Length, Orientation, Format, Category, Sub-Category, Caption-1 (User will be able to input the details of the subject), Rating (User defined with drop down box First/ Seconds - user should
be able to add more), File Location/Path, File Details, Last Modified, Modified By. System will be user friendly to allow:

1. Generation of reports based on various criteria.
2. Generation of more keywords as need expands and capture additional information for existing data
3. Show thumbnails
4. Be able to put the selected images on a virtual light box and do a slide show
5. Be able to export to Outlook other programs in low resolution format if required
6. Be able to upload to the web
7. Multi-user version as I plan to keep all my image on a dedicated machine over my network and my team should be able to access them easily
   

We are looking for best proposal for this work, our approximate budget is around 20000-25000 INR will be paid via bank transfer. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible with their portfolio and samples
