We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced firms for software development. We are looking to develop a Property Management Software for our organization. This software will benefit our property managers by providing a template which will standardize our leasing issues. The software will equip our property managers with the tools necessary to negotiate, track, and share information about their leases. The software will need to be customizable to suit our needs.

The software will must provide the following functionality:

1. Create customized invoices, reports & monthly summary reports.
2. Location address, lease, description/use of property.
3. Property name, project, section.
4. Leased square feet, commencement date, possession date, end date & extension renewal date.
5. Number of options, number of years & automated notice of renewal.
6. Department/agency, index code, landlord information,
7. Address, phone/fax/e-mail, contact person
8. Base rent, calculate yearly increase, amount per square foot, other rent.
9. Common area maintenance charges, percent yearly increase is capped
10. Reconciliation dates, insurance, property taxes
11. Other operating cost estimate
