We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced providers for our requirement of Parking Management Software and Service. We are looking to increase the efficiency of parking operations and increase the level of customer service available to our customers. Upon installation, the software must provide the tools to allow us to provide online services for customers to purchase permits, appeal or pay for outstanding citations and review account status on its web server. Providers will be required to provide a “line by line” breakdown of components or “bill of materials” for the proposed system.

The major functions of the system will be:

(1.) Citations Permits (2.) Office Point of Sale (3.) Web Sales (4.) and Handheld ticket software.

Scope of work:
  1. Maintain a reliable relational database that contains permits, citations, vehicles, customers and other information needed to analyze and manage parking resources.
  2. Reduce office traffic by allowing customers to use the Internet to apply for and purchase permits, or pay and appeal citations.
  3. Restrict access to software functions to authorized users and provide secure transfer of data between the database and our main software system.
  4. The provider will provide a fully integrated parking management software system for office personnel to track customer information, account transactions, permits, citations, online appeals, vehicle registrations and other data needed to manage available parking resources.
  5. The system should have the capability for the use of wireless networking for present and future applications on handheld ticketing devices.
  6. The provider must provide handheld ticket writers, printers and the necessary software to issue citations and communicate bi-directionally with the database. The system should include a user interface that will allow staff to upload ticket information from the handheld ticket writers to the database and download scofflaw, and permit information to the handhelds.
  7. The software will have a graphical user interface which will run on standard Windows workstations across a multi-user local area network. The supplier will provide minimum specifications for the workstations.
