We are UK based organization. We are looking for a solution for a Corporate-Wide Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS). The duration of this contract will be 24 months.This solution will support 22 service areas with approximately 2500 users. The solution must run on an IBM Wintel or Unix hardware platform, provide web access and run on standard SQL, IBM DB2 or Oracle databases. The solution must integrate with Microsoft Office suite of programs and Lotus Notes. Solution must be scalable for a Phased roll-out with potential for multi-authority implementation.
Milestone payments will be a condition of any agreement with the successful provider. We are looking for best proposal with best price. Interested providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 23rd September, 2008 by 17:00.'
