We are UK based education organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Software Support Services. Contract will be for 3 years. Our budget is between 250000 GBP to 500000 GBP per year.
Scope of Service:
[ A ] We are looking for service provider to provide support for software used for our college information systems ("CIS").
[ B ] We are looking for service provider to provide support for following softwares
(1) Human Resource: QLP (HR) from Agresso UK
(2) QLP (Payroll) from Agresso UK and interfaces to QLP (Payroll) from payroll bureaus.
(3) Finance: Agresso Business Financial World (ABW)
(4) Estates: Archibus Estates Management from Excitech
[ C ] We are also looking for support services for other software like Communications software, QAS postcode software, Intergration software and Anti-virus solution.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before November 9, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
