We are UK based organization looking for qualified and expert service provider for our requirement of SAP Transaction Processing Application. Contract will be for 5 years. Our budget is between 50000 GBP to 250000 GBP.
Scope of Service:
[A] We are currently processing approximately 120000 invoices per annum. Any Application Solution developed will need to have the ability to process a significantly higher volume to cater for our Shared Service Centre.
[B] We are currently using SAP R/3 ECC6 as its ERP system and we have a contract with Serco who provide our SAP Environment as a hosted service and they undertake all configurations on our behalf.
[C] Successful Service provider will be required to work in partnership with Serco to implement a this application solution.
[D] The next step in developing OCCs Accounts Payable function is to automate the input of invoices as far as possible, whilst improving the customer experience.
[E] We are expecting the solution will have the ability to scan paper invoices directly into SAP as well as utilize the technologies available to enable true e-invoicing.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before November 16, 2009 via our secured website submission only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
