We are Canada based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for outsourcing our requirement of Prototype development for Web Content Management system. The primary objective is to create a set of Web pages that will provide a working model for a site that will demonstrate how content could be dynamically aggregated to match the needs of a site visitor.
A) Prototype Goals:

• Test and refine new functional requirements determine gaps and identify mitigating strategies.est models (e.g. information, taxonomy, and metadata)
• Clarify project goals such as effort, resources, and expected timelines needed to implement the vision
  

B) Prototype Characteristics:

• Build prototype site with defined business functional requirements allowing for various use case scenarios
• The interactive prototype must execute input in real time and perform defined computations based on user test cases
• Should simulate look and feel of the target site
  

C) Expected Scope of Prototype:

• Expected Prototype Development and Implementation Timeline: Q3 2009 – Q4 2009
• Prototype will be comprised of a minimum of 500-1000 content assets (E.g. Documents, Images, Videos, etc,)
• Content to be created using Information and Taxonomy models
• Specialized search engine to be built to test dynamic content
  

D) The successful provider shall on a weekly basis report of the work done.
Payment Terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us no later than on Monday 9th September 2009 up to 14:00 Hrs via post, currier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Onsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings purposes.
