We are Canada based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for outsourcing our requirement of online web base application. Service provider needs to develop an Online Legal Research Tool.
Scope of Service:

1. Service provider needs to develop Online Legal Research Tool which must be Web-based.
2. The Online Legal Research Tool should contain an extensive variety of primary and secondary sources of law to assist Users in conducting effective and exhaustive legal research.
3. Service provider will provide employees with unlimited access to Research Tool and provide ongoing training and support on the use of that tool.
4. This training should be hands-on and interactive.
5. The Operating System to be used is Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise Service Pack 1.
6. Application must be compatible with all major browsers.
7. The total number of users working on it will be 490.
8. The term of the Contract is expected to be two years with three one-year options to renew.
