We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of HR & Payroll Management Software Development. We would like to change our current HT and Payroll. Our current employee strength is 1500 and they all are diverse with different contracts and terms & conditions applying across the organization. We want to improve procedures and reporting capabilities.
Scope of Service:
(A.) Service provider needs to start with E-recruitment facility. There should be facility to create and maintain staff records including training and development along with absence management and Employee and Manager self service functions.
(B.) There should be payroll system interfacing with the staff record to ensure that staffs are paid the correct salary including staff with multiple contracts. Employee and manager self service is required as well for managing and recording salary sacrifice schemes.
(C.) There should be time and attendance facility to define working hours, break, overtime and shift patterns for employees. Application must be able to record data as staff flag attendance and automatically calculate hours worked and absence. Data must be available in real time.
(D.) There should be facility to manage hourly paid employees, interfacing with HR and Payroll to generate contracts, produce schedules and posting verifiable claim forms to the payroll system for staff.
(E.) Software must calculate accurate holiday Software should be able to include reward statements to give staff on line access to relevant information in selecting flexible benefits, including those managed under the salary sacrifice scheme.
Our approximate budget is 600000 GBP and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before 12:00 Hrs on August 11, 2009 via post, currier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and offsite. Providers may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
