Description :

We are UK based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Development of Human Resources / Payroll Systems. The provider will develop and install a HR/Payroll System for our organization for 5807 staff and over 20,000 students.
Scope of services:

1. Our current HRP solution is post driven with the added complexity of being able to handle concurrent posts/multiple contracts. In addition we need to be able to split salary costs of one post across numerous cost centers (aka. project codes) at any one time, with effective dated history and the ability to ensure that all splits add up to 100% at any point in time.
2. As a public sector organization we operate a grades and spinal point salary scale with incremental progression. We also need to be able to utilize multi company functionality at post level including payroll bureau as we act as payroll bureau for a number of small organizations.
3. The new system should have the ability to allow users to generate management reports in a user friendly manner and to provide a range of statutory reports. Point in time reporting against established posts is essential.
4. The new system needs to enable customized fields to be added locally in a user friendly manner whilst ensuring they are not overwritten when upgrades occur.
5. With a diverse range of staff, the University operates a wide variety of working patterns and this data needs to be able to feed into Time and Attendance functionality.
6. The new system should provide Manager and Staff Self Service functionality.
   

Interested service providers are requested to send Pre Qualification Questionnaire on or before 10th July, 2009 via courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Service provider may need to visit location for meeting.
