Description :

We are India (Lucknow) based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From India Only) for our requirement of Data Entry Services. The provider will convert all the documents in to digital format and upload it in to Document Management System. Provider will also provide Document Management System. We have approximately 6540010 documents for digitization. The work must be completed within 6 months.
Scope of work:

1. 90% of the documents will be of A4 size and 10% of the documents will be of sizes varying from A0 to A3.
2. 5% work of the total work may be in book form for which book scanner may be required.
3. The successful provider will have to upload previously digitized data of not more than 2.5 lakh pages in DMS system.
4. Document will be digitized in PDF and TIFF format. Indexing of stored scanned/digitized documents/data batch wise, file wise and page wise.
5. Provide a multi-user Document Management Solution.
6. .Net or J2EE or DB2 compliant
7. The DMS should support the AutoCAD files/documents, Unigraphics (UG) Files and other formats such as MS Office etc.
8. The work will done at our Lucknow based office.
9. 5% work of the total work shall include the work of outstation offices situated at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and Gwalior and it is to be performed at concerned outstations.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 24th June, 2009 by 14:00 via post, courier or hand delivered only.
