We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Web Content Management System Development. We are looking to implement an intuitive, user‐friendly CommonSpot Web Content Management System (CMS) that allows for the creation and maintenance of Web content by non‐technical internet authors.
Technical Requirements:

1. Web content is driven by the taxonomy/metadata developed by us. Content creation, navigation, search functionalities are to be categorized using selected metadata fields.
2. The Web CMS shall integrate our taxonomy to allow all pages to be tagged.
3. The metadata associated with the Web content shall update to reflect any new Web content taxonomy positioning.
4. Ability to select default seasonal palette that does not changes even when site switches season. Ability to override CSS.
5. Create CSS to display various types of widgets, some of them will be applications widgets. Examples; Address Search, A to Z services, Email Contacts, News/video/photos.
6. Ability to upload one document in multiple sections and associate with metadata.
7. News/Video/Audio collections to be tagged with metadata/taxonomy.
8. The Web CMS shall include a photo repository.
9. Various applications and templates will require customized widgets.
10. External links need to be associated with metadata so they can be filtered using metadata fields.
    

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 4:00 PM on May 18, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only.
