We are Ireland based organization. We are looking for capable firms for our requirement of Software Development. We require a text to speech generator to convert text into computer generated speech audio files.
The text to speech generator software must have the capability to:

1. Produce audio files in a number of different file formats (e.g. wav, mp3, etc.).
2. Take batches of text strings and output multiple audio files (i.e. an individual audio file for each text string).
3. Produce audio files from text in the English language.
4. Produce audio with a voice that is not heavily accented.
5. The capability to support Irish language text to speech may be an advantage.
   

The system will be used to generate audio files for various announcements. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 30th April, 2009 by 17:00 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more details have a look on attachment.
