We are UK based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Software Development and Related Services. - Software must be able to deliver a sophisticated storage and retrieval system that is used to scan and index paper documents, record and retrieve these documents along with specified database records from other applications.
- It must also manage other types of electronic files such as Word documents, images, voice, and video thereby creating a comprehensive repository of corporate information and knowledge.
- The system must enable management of a document throughout its lifecycle from creation and ultimately through to disposal once its retention period has been reached.
- Provider will provide project management, hardware and software installation services, data migration, consultancy support, training and potentially back scanning services.
