Description :

We are India based public limited company. We are looking for experienced and qualified service provider (From India Only) for our requirement of Web based Video Conferencing System. Our estimated budget is 1200000 INR. The provider will provide installation of the complete video conferencing system at our locations. We have dedicated 1 MBPS broadband line with static IP. The video conferencing system has to be installed and commissioned within 5 weeks of the issue of the work order. All the basic requirements and the hardware details is provided in the attached tender document.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 28th April, 2009 by 10:00 am via post, courier or hand delivered only. We have scheduled a pre bid meeting (Optional) on 7th April, 2009 by 11:00 am at our office. This tender is onshore and offsite. The cost of the tender document is only 500 INR. EMD (Refundable) of 12000 INR is required. Provider has to visit our location for installation and meetings. For more details have a look on attachment.
