Description :

We are USA based College and we are looking for experienced and qualified service provider for our requirement of Web Based System for Recruitment Management & Applicant Database. The system must be designed as that would be accessible through all standard desktop and laptop computers and possibly other browser-enabled devices. The contract duration is 1 Year.
Scope of work:

1. The new system must permit the import and export of information from other systems and must integrate with other desktop and server applications such as Microsoft Office, query and reporting tools, and e-mail.
2. It will allow our Employing supervisors to access via a web browser with the password protected form to use in Job Postings and reporting by the Recruitment team.
3. The System will support the creation of employment vacancies from completed Web based requisitions, predefined, pre-loaded, position classification table(s) and required information entered in for employment vacancies by the recruiter.
4. The system will be used to post Employment Vacancies to the College’s public employment vacancy site, internal employment site.
5. The System will generate and send automatic acknowledgement letters via e-mail when the applicant applies to a specific job vacancy.
6. It must be able to send mass e-mails for purpose for rejection letters, cancelled searches, etc. as well as the ability to send individuals e-mails.
7. The System will enable authorized College recruiters to search the entire applicant database for qualified and/or rank ordered applicants.
8. The System should have the ability to query/search application data and data in attachment/resume/cover letter.
9. Reporting toll of system will be used by non-technical users and should allow users to use defined sorts, page breaks, and totaling and selection criteria.
10. The service provider will provide user assistance available 24/7 and will be accessible both on-line and by toll free phone line.
    

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 20th March, 2009 by 3:00 PM via post, courier and hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more information please have a look on attachment.
