We are New Zealand based organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced service providers for our requirement of Website Designing and Content Management System. Our estimated budget is more than 50000$ (New Zealand Dollars). Our website has been operational for seven and a half years. Visitor numbers continue to grow with approximately 55,000 visitors per month.

Scope of services:

A. Website Design

1. We are looking for a contemporary design that is logical, useable and reflects our culture.
2. The site would require all new artwork, including logos and graphics.
3. An attractive, easy to use website design, including graphic user interface and information architecture.
4. Our web sites must work with all current web browsers (IE, Opera, Firefox and Safari).
   

B. Content Management System

1. A flexible Content Management System that works reliably and consistently, meets our mandatory requirements and accommodates expansion of capabilities in the future – i.e., adaptable and scalable.
2. Describe the application server or application environment required to run the proposed CMS.
3. Describe the database engine the proposed CMS uses to store content and settings.
4. An ongoing working relationship that provides prompt and effective support.
   

Provider needs to give training to our staff to use this system. Provider needs to attend meetings for this project purpose if required.
