We are USA based organization. We are looking for service providers for our requirement of Website Designing. We are providing an interactive website to our 1,100-member association. We are looking to redesign our existing website.

Scope of Work:

1. Redesign of current Web site.
2. Redevelop content under direction of website committee/executive director.
3. Develop online member directory (with the ability for admin to upload member profile photos), job posting and event listings similar to what is offered through the current website.
4. Host website on a secure server.
5. Update website in such a manner that content of pages could be administered by our staff upon completion.
6. Capability to easily upload information from client databases onto website directory.
7. Ability to upload information (images, PDFs, etc.) on the homepage, membership page and events page.
8. Ability to send HTML email blasts to members and prospects.
9. Online event registration.
   

Please provide information in proposal about the cost per hour for Web site maintenance provided by your firm as well. Please also include samples of current websites built by your company as well as three professional references. Interested providers are requested to send their proposals on or before July 25, 2008.
