Description :

We are India based government organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced company (From India Only) for our requirement of Web Development and other related services. The estimated budget of this contract is 10000000INR (1 Crore). The contract will be for 3yrs.

Scope of work:

1. To host a secured web portal on the internet and intranet to show-case our achievements, success stories, major important events in which we participates and favorable other interesting news items, so as to make it available to the corporate world, stake holders, employees, other interested persons and the public at large.
2. The website must be Bi-lingual (English & Hindi).
3. The service provider shall provide a separate (exclusive) domain name (to be suggested by us).
4. To publish appropriate contents with website like feature articles, news summary, web cast, slide shows and animated stories, from time to time in an interesting and attractive manner as directed by us.
5. The content in different forms will be provided by us and provider has to convert it to the suitable format for updation in the website immediately.
6. Creation of appropriate contents with user friendly multimedia front end encompassing features such as article, new summary, web cast, other dynamic content in tabular, graphics mode from time to time.
7. On-line complaint lodging, publishing RTI rules and report.
8. User management and audit trail.
9. Web casting and web conferencing.
10. Website should have a advanced search options and category based browsing. The service providers shall get the website registered with reputed search engines like Google, Yahoo etc. with priority.
11. On-line tutorials for use of the website & its applications.
12. On-line download of different forms (separate set for internet & intranet users).
13. Digital certificate depositary (maintain digital signatures).
14. On-line registration of internet users with verification of e-mail address. Password recovery/ reset option with user profile updating for external users. Integration and providing user log-in to internal (LAN) users.
    

Interested provider must have requisite set up at Kolkata for carrying out the entire work including that of the website management and content management team. Interested providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 2:30 pm on 14th July, 2008. The cost of the tender document is only 1500INR. EMD (Refundable) is required.
