Description :

We are one of the leading universities based in United States. The University seeks a full service provider to design, host and maintain its Athletics website. The University’s current contract expires on June 30, 2007; therefore it is our intention to have a new contract in place by July 1, 2007.

Scope of Services.

1. Web Authoring/Publishing Tool: The website must have an easy to use web authoring tool that will allow our employees to push data updates to the website.
2. Credit Card Transactions: The provider shall provide services within the site that shall require credit card transactions. All transactions will be routed through a secure server utilizing Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the payment data.
3. On Line Retail Store: The website must have an online store, to be the exclusive online purchase location for our athletic retail store. The online store will accept credit card transactions.
4. On Line Auction Site: The website must have an online auction location, to be used as a revenue generator for us.
5. Audio and Video Streaming/Hosting: The Contractor shall provide an integrated audio and video streaming/hosting functionality. This will include a premium subscription service or pay per view functionality as a revenue generator for the University.
6. Live Game Stats Tool: The provider shall provide an integrated live game stats and tracking functionality that may be used by University fans to keep track of live games.
7. Website Production/Support Team: The Contract shall provide a dedicated tem to maintain and support the University’s site.
   

The contract will be for 3yrs. can be extendable up to 2yrs. Payment will be on invoice based. After Review of the RFPs submitted, the University may require certain respondents to give an overview and answer questions regarding their responses in an additional interview session in June. The last date of questions is 18th May, 2008. Interested companies are requested to apply on or before 25th May, 2008. For more details have a look on attachment.
