We are USA based organization and we are looking for a experienced provider for our requirement of Website Designing. We are looking for a complete re-design of our existing web site and we are looking for a developer who will bring innovation, creativity, and continued enhancement to our site. Our current site design was implemented in 2001. Since that time, the site has grown in content and has become difficult to navigate. Furthermore, new enabling technologies have developed to provide a richer information delivery framework. Our goal with the redesigned site is to deliver content to our members and to the public that is easy to access, accurate, and timely.

Deliverables:

1. A fully functional Web site that is live and ready for use.
2. Hard-copy documentation of the implemented site for archival purposes.
3. A dynamic home page containing news, images, etc.
4. Association profile, mission, history, bylaws, etc.
5. Membership profile, information, board member profiles, bylaws & committees, etc.
6. Association awards and list of awardees.
7. Job, resume postings & FAQ
8. “News Flash” item with RSS feed.
   

Administration:

1. Content management system for all dynamic data, calendars, images, documents, etc.
2. The ability to create public and member surveys.
3. The ability to create new directories.
4. Menu management linked to dynamic menu options.
5. The ability to easily create pop-up boxes to highlight key events, information, or surveys (this feature will be used sparingly to avoid overkill).
6. WYSIWYG HTML editor to support rich text editing.
