We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed firm for our requirement of website designing. The estimated budget of this work is more than 15000USD. We are looking for a website to facilitate the collection and delivery of our oral history through digital storytelling, and facilitate interaction among members of an extended digital learning community focusing on our project.
The scope of this project is to update the existing our website. Our in-house marketing department will provide all of the site copy and provide the successful provider with the most necessary original and stock photography. We will provide a firm that can handle all site planning, interface design and production is required.
Scope of work:
1.) Create a content management system that will permit non-technical staff to instantly update web site content on specific pages.
2.) Convert substantial amounts of existing content to new web site. The site must have an attractive mix of text and graphics.
3.) Each section of the site should have a common look and feel.
4.) Our logo should be prominently displayed on every page as a common header.
5.) The use of images, fonts and layouts should be consistent throughout the site.
6.) The site should be easy to navigate. Information should be grouped and presented in a logical manner and require no more than three levels of “drill down” for the user to find the desired information.
7.) Provide necessary software and licenses to maintain site internally or externally, as decided by us.
8.) Provide search capabilities using key words or phrasing that will identify content from throughout the site.
9.) Gather e-mail, areas of interest and demographic information from visitors in a format that permits us to maintain a single database of users and e-mail each according to their area of interest and profile. Provide training and all necessary support to permit easy use by a selected our staff person.
10.) Implementation of tracking software to produce user defined site log reports.
Interested providers must send Ten (10) copies of their proposal no later than 12:00pm/noon CDT, August 15, 2008. Your proposal must include a cost proposal as described above. All costs associated with the delivery of the project should be presented in a flat rate, fee for service format. For more details have a look on attachment.
