6) The software shall be hosted by the Service Provider and will integrate with the CBord CSGold Systems 5.0.12 or higher
7) The software will verify that an account is active or cause the transaction to fail.
8) The software web site must be compatible, without requiring website users to install additional software, with the follow web browsers:
a) Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher.
b) Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and higher.
c) Apple Safari 2.0 and higher.
9) The software must use the credit card Security Code for all transactions.

We are a Canada based organization, looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From Canada Only) for our software requirements. We are looking for a COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software solution for an effective document management and electronic filing. Our Estimated budget for this work is 250000 dollars.
Scope of Services:

1. Registry Management:
   a) The system shall provide a single secure storage area for filed documents and ability to track all file movements.
   b) The system shall provide standard documentation created by us and file same.
   c) The system shall store documents in the CMS system.
   
   
2. Performance Reporting: The system shall enable us the recording and reporting of data and shall provide tools to enable the reporting of data and other relevant information stored in the CMS in any form as required.
   
   
3. Online Information Services: The system shall enable search and retrieval of all information stored in the system.
   
   
4. Financial Management: Ability to support the management of all financial dealings handled by us.
   
   
5. eFiling Requirements:
   a) Registration: The system should have ability to restrict eFiling to subscribed users.
   b) Locate / Download: The system should have ability for users to find required document and download it.
   c) Filing and Payment: The system should have ability to charge an electronic filing fee for all filed documents and to accept the payment by Credit Card and Debit Card.
   d) Notification: The system should have ability to notify user by confirmation screen and by email.
   e) Searching and Browsing: The system should have ability to search and browse documents.
   f) General Requirements: Ability for the User interface must support the ability to create and/or add objects through a scanner, file importation facility, fax queue, clipboard, or OLE application etc.
   g) Multi Media: The system should have ability to support various image formats (e.g. JPEG, GIF, etc.)
   
   
6. Security and IT Requirements: The system should be safe and secure, should have ability to provide access to the application from any computer's operating system e.g. Windows, Macintosh, Unix; should be able to provide flexible access via LAN, WAN or Internet and should support the integration with other products.

We are seeking to contract for a period of 9 months to install the product. The maintenance will require 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years with prior notice to the service provider.
Scope of Services:

1. The system should have a high degree of usability and flexibility, with the capacity to be managed by power users and should be multidimensional and support flexible hierarchies.
2. The tool should be simple to use and assist project managers and inexperienced end users in completing project budgets.
3. The system should have flexible and user friendly reporting tools and models that can be used by non-technical staff for extracting data and preparing reports.
4. The system should provide better integration; improve data integrity and increase accountability and audit ability of budget processes.
   
5. Service provider needs to provide information addressing:
   a) The ability to track all budget adjustments;
   b) The capacity to reconcile top-down and bottom-up budgets;
   c) How the BMS uses budget assumption data;
   d) How bottom-up budgeting will be facilitated, and the ability to apply +/- escalation factors to increase/decrease budgets as required; and
   e) How top-down budgeting will be managed; and
   f) The ability to approve/decline budget submissions.
6. Service provider needs to describe how the tool will facilitate reporting and analysis/interrogation of data, how the system will facilitate data interchange as well as explaining how the proposed solution supports multi-dimensional, multi-period reporting of budgets and actual performance.
