We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of SAP Remote Administration Service. Contract will be for 1 year and extendable for 1 more year depends upon performance.
Scope of Service:
[A] We are looking for qualified service provider to provide SAP remote administration services.
[B] Our objective is to obtain pricing for SAP remote administration. We will select a system service provider to assume responsibility via remote LAN connection for the SAP application, 12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
[C] BASIS Support and Systems Administration Support – We are looking for basic and systems admin support including: creating security profiles, user IDs, transports, SAP software patch management, database management, performance tuning and capacity management. We are not looking for SAP functional support at this time.
[D] Uptime Commitment- Service provider must describe their commitment to assisting us in achieving continuous uptime in the Production, Test, and Development environments. Service provider need to define in terms and numbers expected penalties for system downtime caused by system administration deficiencies on the part of the vendor in the Production system, as well as the other environments.
[E] Help Desk and Incident Response – Service provider must describe in detail their help desk, ticketing environment and escalation processes. Service provider must describe staff skill sets and how adequate coverage is ensured.
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before 15:00 Hrs by October 22, 2009. Last data for Question-Answer is September 30, 2009. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings.
