We are Ireland based educational institute looking for qualified and experienced service provider for development of web based module management system for our three institutes. Services include delivery, training, support and maintenance of the system and associated services for a period of three (3) years.
Scope of service:
1) Software will be a web based application which will help staff to manage all documentation associated with new programme and new module development.
2) Software should allow the assembly of modules into programmes.
3) System must allow easy publication of module data onto the web.
4) System should generate range of administrative reports.
5) Service provider may identify one Institute to host the entire service provision or investigate hosting the service provision on behalf of three institutes.
This is Global and Offsite tender. We are looking for best proposals. Any queries should be submitted not later than 25th September, 2009. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals no later than 2nd October, 2009 up to 12:00 Hrs via post, currier or hand delivery only. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings, briefings & training purpose.
