Description :

We are a USA based organization, requesting proposals from qualified and experienced service provider to provide an automated analysis program. This program will be used by us in conjunction with our Records Management System (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD). Initially the contract will be of 1 year with up to 2 additional renewal options of 1 year each.
Scope of Services:

1. The software shall provide a database platform that will automate the reporting and mapping of statistics by extracting data from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management system (RMS) in order to:
   a) Identify trends in data utilizing improved data mining techniques.
   b) Analyze data using statistical, spatial and temporal tools in a more efficient and timely manner.
   c) Assist in the communication and dissemination of analytical findings utilizing a variety of reporting formats and data sharing functions to include the generation of weekly CompStat reports.
2. Service Provider will be required to provide:
   a) RMS and CAD data translation assistance
   b) Regional data sharing ability
   c) 5-day training at our premises
3. Proposed system must integrate with our current system i.e. RMS and CAD and should possess a good data storage capability.
   

We are looking for Best Proposals. A pre-proposal conference (Non-Mandatory) has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Interested Service Providers are requested to send their proposals on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2009 by 13:30 Hrs (Local Time) on given address. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings, briefings & training purposes.
