Description :

We are a UK based organization and are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our software requirements. We are looking for a system for the maintenance of Time and Case Management. Initially the contract will be of 5 years with an option to extend it further.

Functional Requirements:

1. Time Management: Entry of attendance, Case, Client, Non client works, File, Work Types, Activity Types, efficient recording of Fee Earners time, etc.
2. Financial Content: Must be capable of retaining historical record of charge out rates, auto calculation of bills, auto creation of invoices/billing information, recording of expenditure, etc.
3. Case Management:
   A) Case Creation: Must be capable of Automated Case Creation to provide default client groups, default document security classification, etc., manual case creation for non standard, or little used cases, Modification or creation of Case templates, etc.
   B) Workflow: Allow creation and modification of workflows, provide a selection of standard workflows that can be amended and customized as required, correspondence to be assigned to specific tasks, overwriting and an online help system to assist users.
   C) Calendar: Provide a calendar of key dates, tasks and meetings for the user; integrate with group wise and calendar system so that appointments made in either system are placed in the other; integrate with the workflow module.
4. Document Management: Electronic storage of all documentation including emails, prompt retrieval of user-specified management information.
5. E-bundling: Must have ability to prepare and amend bundles of documents, Must be quick and easy and include a scanning facility, etc.
6. Must have facilities like Reporting & Searching and Printing & Emailing of documents and reports.
   

Our Estimated budget for this work is up to 150000 GBP, Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before 12.00 Hrs on 19 August, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and presentation.
