We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced firms for our requirement of Web Development. We are looking to update its current web presence to one that is selfhosted and provides easy navigation, quick load time, and state of the art design concepts. The website will be able to provide for such technologies as Blogs, Wikis, Mailing Lists, RSS
Feeds, Interactive Capability, etc. Our website contains more than 150 pages of information. The website is a central source of information for residents, visitors, employees, and business customers of our city.

Scope of services:

1. Site must utilize ASP.NET master page feature set.
2. Site must utilize DotNetNuke 4.8 or greater as a content management system.
3. Site navigation system must be flexible and easily customized using a zweb based form or through the modification of a database table.
4. At a minimum, site must be designed to utilize AJAX, Silverlight 2, and Flash technology, and use standard formatting throughout the entire site.
5. Every page must be capable of RSS (Real Simple Syndication) subscription.
6. During the process, provider will provide a technical quality control overview; including but not limited to the optimization of graphics and downloads to reduce the amount of memory space required, and standardization of videos to AVI and Flash formats.
7. Forms will be recreated with web or interactive PDF technology.
8. Must use a minimum of 128 bit SSL encryption & must be Microsoft SQL 2005 based.
