Description :

We are Ireland based organization. We are looking to develop a new Content Management System for our website. The content management system should be scalable to enterprise level. The contract will be for 6 months.
Scope of services:

1. The deployment of a content management system (CMS) to update the new home page of our website and to manage a new communications area of the website with sections for the media, events and educational content.
2. Full documentation for the CMS, to include functional specification and documented testing processes.
3. Implementation of a new design for this new communications area of the website and the website\'s home page.
4. Implementation of some elements of this new graphic design including new logos on other sections of the website, as well as some of its microsites.
5. Any necessary training to our staff in using the CMS and in maintaining the accessibility of the CMS and its information content.
6. Support and management of the CMS post-launch.
7. The content management systems of microsites of our website.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 22nd June, 2009 by 12:00 noon via post, courier or hand delivered only.
