We are Canada based airport authority. We are looking for a qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Software Development. We are interested in a Microsoft SharePoint solution that will allow stakeholder groups and airport tenants to log on to a secure site where information and reports can be stored and downloaded for reference. For example phone lists; Airport Manager’s circulars and the Airport Emergency Plan can be updated and saved to one location. An automatic e-mail would be sent to all tenants advising them that a new document is available for their files and/or their review. In some cases a notification that they have reviewed the document may be required.
Scope of services:

1. Be a secure site with user login.
2. Ease of access, operation and data entry.
3. Easy use of formats (e.g. pdf, jpg).
4. Allow for internal messaging/discussion forums.
5. Provide the ability to report safety issues through an on-line form.
6. Allow approximately 250 users but won’t exceed 500 users.
7. Help to make quick and meaningful decisions, with minimal staff time investments.
8. Use the software without ongoing dependency on the software provider.
9. Accessible from a hyperlink on the existing Airport website.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before May 28, 2009 by 3:00 PM via post, courier or hand delivered only.
