Description :

We are India based Contracting authority and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers for our requirement of Scanning and Uploading Services for Application Forms with Web-based Monitoring Software Solution. We have approximately 4000000 forms which need to be scanned and uploaded. The contract duration is 1 Year.
Scope of Work:

1. Service provider will scan forms with A4 size, GREY Scale colour and 75 DPI resolutions.
2. Assign file Name, scan and store in the TIFF file format of each application with the unique customer number and output file size should be less than 120KB.
3. The software will be having mainly features like workflow, monitoring, storing of the scanned images, and report generation.
4. After completion of scanning and indexing, Images will be uploaded in the software by the service provider.
5. This software will run centrally on the server provided by us and invoice payment shall be done from the reports generated from this software.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before April 29th, 2009 by 15-00 Hrs via post, courier and hand delivered only. Tender document fee of 2080 INR and Earnest Money Deposit of 200000 will be paid in form of Demand Draft. Performance security will be 5% of Total tender value. This tender is onshore and onsite.
