We are USA based company and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers for our requirement of Payroll and HR Software Solution. We have an employee base of nearly 2000 and our employees are located in over 20 separate sites. We process payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Term of this RFI and budget will be decided later on.
Scope of Services:

1. New Software will be integrated with data flow and various processes between Payroll and HR functions.
2. New System should utilize web services for accessing and transferring data for various reportings, fund transferring and interfacing with outside vendors.
3. It should include functions for employees like benefit plans, time balances, pay check history, deductions, tax information, certifications etc.
4. New system should be capable for bank processing, employee time management, capable to handle input devices, payroll adjustments and etc.
5. It should be able to produce payroll checks along with time, bank detail and deductions.
6. new system should integrate with all existing financial systems with SQL database with import capabilities.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 1st May, 2009 by 2:00 PM CDT via post, courier and hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Questions will be answered for this RFI till April 15th, 2009. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
