We are UK based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced software development firms. We are looking to develop a CRM Software for our organization. This would include integrating the existing CRM systems and develop a single CRM for us using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4. The contract will be awarded for 9 months initially (from July 2009 to March 2010) with options to extend for up to a further 6 months. Our estimated budget is 100000 GBP to 150000 GBP.
Functionality Requirements Matrix:

1. Proper Data Management: This will include Data Rationalization, Data Migration, Data Management Strategy & Data Compliance / Integrity.
2. Partner Relationship Management: Procurement, Performance Management, Programme/Project Management.
3. Reporting & Analytics: Predefined report templates, Data Mining Capabilities, Charts and Graphs can be added to report templates, Key Performance Indicators, Dashboards.
4. Customer Service & Support: Creating and maintaining solutions Knowledge Base, E-mail Response Management.
5. Provide training to our all staff members.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their Expression of Interest on or before 11th May, 2009 by 17:00 via e-mail, post, courier or hand delivered only.
