Description :

We are USA based Company and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers for our requirement of Data Searching Software Solution and Support Services. It will help us to search out, acquire, store and prepare electronic data which resides in a variety of data stores in our network. The contract duration is 5 Years.
Scope of Work:

1. New Software should be able to search out and acquire from databases, email stores, network file servers and local workstation storage media like hard drive, thumb drives, CD/DVD etc.
2. It will be having features like passwords including changes and deletions and user identification numbers along with automatic or manual backup.
3. System should be able to search data based on key word, content and concept based searching strategies.
4. Data exports from the software should be in Adobe Acrobat compatible pdf files.
5. Provide technical support with online availability of support information, 24-hour or other telephone or email support and Remote-location troubleshooting capability and etc.
6. New software should be made in accordance with our current hardware specifications.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposals on or before Wednesday May 13th, 2009 by 3:00 pm via post, courier and hand delivered only. Questions in regards to this tender will be answered till May 6th, 2009. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for training, installation and briefings.
