We are Ireland based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Web based Time and Attendance System. The system should have the capability to facilitate up to 500 persons working in regionalized locations in the future. The systems should be able to operate in a co-ordinated way in the separate and remote locations.

Scope of services:
- The proposed system must be Microsoft Windows based.
- All users will log in/log out to record attendance, apply for leave on line and access their personal attendance and leave records.
- The proposed system must be integrated with On Line Leave Application and interface with Ceridian HRMS System Software.
- The management information users that will have access to the attendance records of their entire staff complement and will have available a full suite of Time and Attendance management reports relevant to that staff complement.
- The system should be able to record the hours worked on a daily, weekly and monthly accounting basis. It should be possible to report on the total hours worked on a weekly or monthly basis (as appropriate).
- The system should also have the capability to do accounting periods, and a capability to calculate debit/credit hours.
- The system must be able to allow a Manager to view a summary of all staff under their supervision on Annual Leave at one time.
- Lists log in and log out times for employee/office/directorate.
