We are Canada based Non- Profit Organization and we are looking for experienced and suitable service provider for our requirement of Database Development and Software Solution Services. Our aim is to consolidate existing data sources into one contact-driven database accessible through different user levels on the internet.

Scope of Work:

1. Service provider will analyze and clean up existing data based upon our existing and future business needs.
2. Develop a software which will be having Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system, Content Management System (CMS), Project/task management system and dedicated areas for specific projects such as Fitness Registrations, Membership, Events and Parks & Recreation.
3. Software shall include Point of Sale system, Reports including statistics and financial data and Security features.
4. Functionality of software should be database-driven modules in order to automate processes as much as possible.
5. Our two websites will need to be integrated into this Content Management System.
6. Service provider will expand the database based upon analysis of future business needs.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on re before March 25th, 2009 by 4:30 PM via post, courier and hand delivered only.
