We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed and qualified service provider for our requirement of Software Development. We are looking to develop Case Management System. The contract is for 1 Year. The CMS must have the ability to manage various cases, and provide a detention module.
Scope of services:

1. The new Case Management System should automate the data input process, alleviating the amount of redundant data entry and improving the efficiency and integrity of the data housed within the system.
2. The system should be able to interface with other systems.
3. Data conversion services shall be included as needed to allow use of data currently in existing case management system.
4. First-year maintenance agreement and estimates for subsequent years.
5. It is desired to have a comprehensive Probation Case Management system which includes application software, training, and support needed to meet our functional and technical requirements.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. The purchase of servers and other hardware necessary to operate the proposed system is not included. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 4:00 PM PST on Friday, April 3, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings, training and installation. For more details have a look on attachment.
