Description :

We are USA based college and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From USA only) for our requirement of Website design services for college. The new website will be integrated with our current Administrative Information System which is based on Microsoft SQL. We need a website with dual functionality to meet user connection speeds as about 50% of our local area does not have access to high speed.
Scope of work:

1. The new designed website will be dynamic institutional web presence which will reflect best practice in student requirement, access to information, user content maintenance and etc.
2. The Website should be a standards based website that does not exclude any major browsers and includes access for older versions.
3. The website must be in .NET technology and should not be written in ColdFusion.
4. The service provider will take care of the content used for website such as press releases, quarterly reports, newsletter, departmental hours of operation, education brochures and etc.
5. The website must interface and incorporate design elements into the library software and college portal.
6. The website must be able for integration of web 2.0 technologies, incorporate emerging and future web technologies.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 9th, 2009 before 12:00 p.m. EST via email only.
