Description :

We are India based organization looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning, Indexing of Documents and Document Management Software. Documents will be provided by us. Approximately 2, 00,000 pages needs to be served.
Scope of Work:

1. The service provider will provide scanned material on DVDs of good quality (Sony/Moserbaer) on weekly basis for quality check.
2. Metadata creation of records will be done according to prescribed index format of data.
3. The scanned data will be ported on the Document Management Software and backup will be delivered on DVDs by the service provider.
4. The service provider will be indexing and categorizing documents for easy access, and will managing multiple user accounts for access control.
   
5. Document Management Software will be .NET/J2EE compliant , accessible with Windows and must be web based.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 16th, 2009 up to 03:00 P.M. via post, courier and hand delivered only. Cost of tender document is 2,000 INR and EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) will be 2, 00,000 INR and will be paid in form of Demand Draft. This tender is onshore and onsite. Service provider may have to visit our premises for meetings and briefings. For more information please have a look on attachment.
