Description :

We are Ireland based organization looking for experienced and highly qualified service providers (From Ireland & United Kingdom only) for our requirement of Maintenance, Administration and Development of our Application and Database. Our system was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual Basic 6, Visual SourceSafe) and for performance/stress testing Mercury Interactive Test Director and Load Runner was used. Access to the system will be provided through government virtual private network. The contract duration is of 4 years.
Scope of work:

1. The service provider needs to provide support to all the softwares like Baltimore KeyTools, Pegasus ImageXPress Standard Edition, Crystal Reports Runtime, Third Party Compression Components, Business Objects, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 and etc.
2. General database administration tasks like Vetting, approval and application of physical database changes, namely tables, stored procedures, database agent jobs and database indexes and etc will be taken care by service provider.
3. The service provider will provide support the design, development and deployment of future system releases which will be driven by legislative changes relating, in particular, to the civil registration of domestic adoptions, divorce and civil nullity.
4. The service provider will provide a single point of contact to log calls by either telephone or e-mail and all calls regardless of their nature to be recorded in a call-logging system, also a unique job reference number to be assigned to each call, If possible an immediate resolution / advice at point of contact will be provided and If an immediate solution is not available, incidents must be prioritized having regard to business impact.
5. Providence of total Database Design/Administration, analysis and system design, system development, and technical/ infrastructure design and deployment will be done by the service provider.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before March 10th, 2009 at 12:00 hrs via post, courier and hand delivered only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For further information please have a look on attachment.
