Description :

We are Singapore based organization. We are looking for experienced and qualified service provider for our requirement of Software Development. We are looking to develop an interactive voice response system. The provider will have to provide 3 months of warranty after the delivery and user acceptance testing of final systems. Our estimated budget for this services is 2,50,000$ (Singapore Dollars).
Scope of services:

1. An interactive voice response system to perform speech recognition based on the user’s speech input through a microphone.
2. The system should be developed with the flexibility of allowing various input audio formats.
3. An interface that permits the DVA (Digital Voice Assistant) to perform speech recognition process using raw audio signals (in bytes) captured by the microphone.
4. The connection between the system and the telephone line has to be E1 digital telephony line.
5. To transfer a call to the person who the speaker intended to speak to. Speaker and system will have a series of dialog to find out the staff to be called by asking questions/request related to companies, organizations, departments, staff facilities, tenants and etc.
6. Call transfer to allow guest at the counter to make a transfer call within the organization or to staff’s mobile phone.
7. An interface to allow the interactive voice response system to connect to an existing database to extract information to reply user’s request accordingly.
8. Provider to design an interactive entertainment for the guest for recreation purposes.
9. The quality of the recorded audio must be clear and free of any distortion and external noises.
   

Payment will be on negotiated milestones. Interested service providers are requested to send thier detailed proposal on or before 27th February, 2009 via our secured website only.
