Description :

We are Australia based organization and we are looking for experienced and highly qualified service providers (From Australia only) for our requirement of Recruitment Management software solution which will provide online recruitment service. 110 users from our organization will access the service. The contract duration is of 3 years.
Scope of work :

1. We wish that all software users will have the access to register and maintain their details and apply for positions via the browser interface to the service. Each user should only have access to his/her own data.
2. The service provider will take care that software should enable the managers/authorized users to initiate and approve a step in requisition process via email.
3. The software should provide an automated process for generating emails, SMS and/or letters for the purpose of acknowledging the receipt of applications.
4. The Attraction Phase of the recruitment process software involves identifying our target candidate market and employing strategies to attract these candidates.
5. The software should provide the ability to use unlimited emails for various communications like scheduling interviews, appointment of selection panel members, communication with various internal users as part of workflow, notification of the employment for successful applicants to appropriate areas within the organization.
6. The software should provide a branded job board interface for our Internet and intranet site for applicants to use and to apply.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 16th, 2009. Service providers may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For further details please have a look on attachment.
