Description :

We are Australia based organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From Australia Only) for our requirement of Online Ticket Booking System. This New software will be commercial off the shelf Web-based application with a minimum of integration development and would be able to support our other existing systems. The contract duration is of 3 years.
Scope of Work:

1. We wish to connect both of the existing travel systems and services to deliver a comprehensive suite of online, bookable tourism products to consumers via licensed distributors.
2. The Software will be used by our operators to take bookings from customers over the phone, via email, or by visiting the centre.
3. We are making approximately 7,000 bookings per year with an average turnover of approximately $2.2 million and we make bookings for accommodation, tours, attractions and events etc.
4. The software application must be user friendly and provider will have to provide training for that.
5. We are having common Microsoft-based software platform for desktops and notebook computers, Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Personal productivity suites to provide a common operating environment across our organization.
6. All the employees will be adequately supervised by the service provider to ensure that all Services are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the contract, and any relevant legislation.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 5th, 2009 at 2:00PM via courier, post and hand delivered only. This tender is offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For further information please have a look on attachment.
