Description :

We are one of the leading banks in India. We are looking for experienced and qualified service provider (From India Only) for our requirement of Software Development. The provider will develop, install, and support of Credit Monitoring Software. The required software will be installed at our branches located at 5 various locations. The exact location, addresses and contact details shall be informed while placing delivery.

Proposed software shall be capable to generate following reports:

1. Credit Limit Sanctioned Against Security- Details / Summary/option for Scheme / Activity
2. Classification / Range Wise NPA, Credit Rating reports
3. Customer wise Status Note
4. Flash Reports
5. Interest rate wise reports
6. List of Willful Defaulters
7. Recovery Chronic Branches
8. Credit &Disbursement To Agri Sector
9. Asset Classification Industry wise
10. Compromise/Negotiated for NPA

Scope of services:

1. Solution should be GUI based with back end and suitable for deployment in LAN environment at branches and administrative offices (Regional Offices & Head Offices) of us.
2. Provide will provide warranty period of one year after user acceptance and implementation at each site.
3. Implementation includes delivery of latest version of the software package accepted by the Bank to identified sites by service engineers and to ensure uniform version at all the sites.
4. Providing training to users before implementation at the site and time to time guidance during the course of implementation.
5. The selected provider shall provide on site support service at locations, where ever and when ever required.
   

Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 31st December, 2008 by 3:00 pm via post, courier or hand delivered only. Application money of Rs.10,000.00 (Ten Thousand only) has to be submitted with the proposal in the form or DD or check. Bid security of 500000INR is required.
