Description :

We are India based organization (ISO-9001:2000 Certified). We are looking for capable service provider (From India Only) for our requirement of Software & Application Development. We are interested in developing application software for Command and Control functions of the Integrated EW Systems operating on Intel Xeon Quad Core Workstations under Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS configured to operate in hot standby mode. The development environment is Qt/Eclipse/C++ with Oracle 10g Relational Data Base Management System providing data management services and VISION MapMaker Professional Geographic Information System (API and runtime) providing spatial and non spatial data management.

The application will be connected to various EW Entity Systems, connected on wireless communication network using TCP/IP, both at lower and higher level echelons, for data capture and the data thus received is utilized for analysis and presentation. In addition, the application is also required to provide various rule-based EW analysis tools.

Scope of services:

1. Capturing of Software Requirement Specifications for realizing the salient functionalities and GIS capabilities and Data management capabilities.
2. Defining of Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) & evolution of Interface Design Document (IDD).
3. Design of Database model and Entity-Relation diagrams for relationships between all tables and their data fields.
4. The architecture and design of hot standby implementation should encompass system level, OS level and application level configuration items / schemes and the application level design logics.
5. The design should cover the logic pertaining to analysis of EW intercepts and is envisaged to include intelligent rule based filters to enhance the reporting and commander perception of EOB.
6. All visual depictions like map views (thematic), tabular view, graphs etc based on input reports and analysis are to be designed.
   

Payment will be on agreed milestones. Interested providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 3rd January, 2009 by 1:00 pm via post, courier or hand delivered only.
