We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service providers for our requirement of software development. We are requiring a Web based education system.

This system should meet the following functionality:

1. Web-based and accessible to consumers around-the-clock (24/7) via an Internet capable personal computer.
2. It will be hosted by the provider at its data center facilities.
3. It will be customizable so that the training content can be modified.
4. It will allow for the creation of custom reports by us. Provide us with reporting capabilities on all consumer data and training usage data saved within the system.
5. It will provide a certificate of completion for consumers who have completed the training.
6. It will be accessible through a link from our Web site to the provider hosted site.
7. It will be available in English and Spanish for consumers.
8. It will provide consumers with online and phone customer support with a defined response time to be provided to us by the provider.
