We are USA based company looking for Software Development Company for our Auto Dialer requirement. We are looking for Autodialer that can use VOIP (SIP or H323) to make automated calls to numbers, specified in preloaded files (CSV) and once the call is answered play pre-recorded voice message. Autodialer need to build on similar architecture as Voicent Broadcast by Phone solution. It has to be utilize direct connections for SIP or H323. The software have to use several SIP or H323 threads/connections at once. It should be configurable, basically from 1 to 20 lines to be used at the same time.

Software Functionality:

1. Scheduler: With functionality to manage calling hours and days. Calling hours customizable for every single day of the week.
2. Redials: Configuration for redials in case of no-answer, busy, incomplete playing of recording.
3. Voice message: Option for uploading voice message in various formats like wav, mp3.
4. Autodial list uploading: Must support .csv or tab delimited file upload.
5. Reporting: Report file should be generated in CSV or XML. Each successful/unsuccessful dial or dial attempt should be logged in reporting file.
6. VOIP codes: g711, g711a, g729 also to transfer the call when customer presses 4 or other number.
