We are USA based organization and our Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from firms interested in redesigning our web site. The intent of us is to work with one firm who would be responsible for site design and hosting. We are looking to launch the website by 15th August, 2008. Work would begin in June and be completed September 1, 2008.
Scope of work:
- Create the design, (“look and feel” that can be evaluated) and the layout of the web site
- Provide samples of the home page, navigation system and other sections of the site for approval
- Make initial updates to content using information provided by us
- Provide proofs for approval by us prior to launching the site
- Develop the sites in such a way that they will be picked up by search engines
- Developed site must be user friendly.
Provide an itemized budget for design, hosting, marketing and major updates. Keep in mind that we want the flexibility to easily update information daily from our office. Please include the number of hours you estimate it will take to design the site. Interested providers are requested to apply on or before 16th May, 2008.
